Over 39 years of experience in preparation, design and supervision of civil engineering projects in Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, and united Arab Emirates. Held senior responsible positions in government (Executive Council for major projects) and with large construction contractors. His experience includes road and highway projects, building construction, waste and sanitary work. He has extensive experience in evaluation of bids of large international firms and in contract administration.
Projects responsible for included:
- Highway network in the city of Beirut and outside it.
- Bridges in reinforced and pre-stressed concrete.
- Waste water and storm water drainage networks.
- Steel bridge over-passes in the city of Beirut.
- Earth fill and land reclamation.
- Maritime works in Lebanon, Saudi Arabia.
- Pile foundations in Lebanon and Abu Dhabi.
