Description of Actual Services Provided:
This assignment was concerned with the operation of the 1500 spaces parking garage of ABC Achrafieh Mall.
1- Detailed forecast of parking generation by day and by hour.
2- Proposed tariff structure.
3- Proposed merchant validation system.
4- Review and validation of garage signage and flow marking.
5- Proposals for parking permits to parents picking students from adjacent school.
6- Evaluation and validation of parking management instrumentation specifications and tender.
7- Participation in negotiations with parking management instrumentation suppliers and installation contractors.
