Detailed Narrative Description of Project:
The survey was designed to produce the most current database regarding the level of knowledge and practices by Egyptian managers in several key Egyptian industries, in improving the productivity of their companies.
The survey was to capture their recommendations for improving the productivity of their companies, industry and country.
To accomplish this survey, questionnaires were given to a random sample of managers in the public, private and joint venture sectors of four lines of industries: food processing, building materials, metallurgy and textiles.
Survey results were analyzed and recommendations were drawn up.
