Project Details
This study was requested by the president of CDR. It covered the following scope:
- Review of the external environment of CDR and identification of the requirements of stakeholders affecting the business strategy of CDR.
- Operational review of CDR covering organization, systems and procedures, project cycle, human resources, clients, and operational bottlenecks.
- SWOT analysis covering performance, work unit climate, flow of information, HR and financing.
- Establishing development initiatives for CDR: organizational, operational, project cycle, IT and HR.
- Recommending a new organization structure in line with the 3 year investment plan for the period 2001-2004.
- Preparation of the new organization plan in a decree form for issuance by the Council of Ministers.
- Preparation of functional statements and job descriptions.
- Review of personnel regulations and salary scale.
