Narrative Description of Project:
Team International has prepared a Comprehensive Traffic Management Plan for the City of Sana’a. The plan is phased. An Immediate Action Plan includes traffic improvement along major corridors. The improvements include the geometric design of some intersections and installing traffic signals on about 90 intersections. Other improvements include introducing one way traffic on some streets and organizing on-street parking.
Description of Actual Services Provided:
The services include the preparation of designs and Tender Documents for the proposed improvements. Also included, is the preparation of a public awareness campaign and the preparation of a Traffic Police training program.
The services also include assistance during procurement of works and supervision of works.
