Narrative Description of Project:
The scope of work included the redesign, tender documents and supervision of construction of Tarik Al Jadida Secondary School. The A/E services comprised the redesign including all execution drawings, technical specifications, bills of quantities, and all tender documents

Description of Actual Services Provided:

The redesign involved 13000 m2 of floor area with all utilities and electro-mechanical systems
The project covered the following facilities:
• Gymnasium and related facilities, parking area for 30 cars
• Various rooms for music, art and sports activities.
• Administration offices, meeting rooms, libraries, and teachers rooms
• Classrooms, labs and workshops
• Sports facilities
