Narrative Description of Project:

The scope of work included the conceptual design, detailed design, tender documents and supervision of construction of Yanta Intermediate School.
The A/E services comprised the design including all execution drawings, technical specifications, bills of quantities, and all tender documents.


Description of Actual Services Provided:

The design involved 3000 m2 of floor area with all utilities and electro-mechanical systems.
The project covered the following facilities:

– Gymnasium and related facilities, parking area.
– Various rooms for music, art and sports activities.
– Administration offices, meeting rooms, libraries, and teachers rooms 11 Classrooms with Sports facilities to accommodate for 300 students..
