Project Details

The project covered the following :
 A preliminary design of the training center including the Architectural Designs, specifications and construction cost estimates.
 Preparation of construction permit request documents with detail of the estimated costs.
 Preparation of bid documents including the bid forms, project details and the general and specific conditions and technical specifications. 
 Assistance in the execution phase :
– Bid opening, studying of the proposals and recommending the best suited.
– Preparation of contract documents. 
– Assisting EDD throughout the construction period by supervising the construction, monitoring progress and checking the adherence to the design and the preset specifications.
