Project Details
The scope of work included all planning studies to determine the training requirements of Electricity South in order to fulfill the objective of Saudization. Based on training needs, the space requirements were established.
The A/E services comprised the preliminary and final designs, including all execution drawings, technical specifications, bills of quantities, conditions of contract, and all tender documents.
The design involved more than 15,000 m2 of floor area distributed in the following structures:
Residential buildings (student dormitories and guests)
Administration building
Auditorium (300 seats)
Mosque (200 persons)
Basic training and laboratory building
Power generation training shops
Power transmission distribution training shops
Restaurant – laundry – indoor sports facilities
Including all utilities, roads, water treatment, sewage treatment, garbage incinerator, and all electro-mechanical systems.
