Project Details

The government of Yemen is implementing under CSMP a long term strategy for modernization and development of the Public Administration. This projects, as part of the whole PA reform, has as objectives:



To develop an efficient policy on description and classification of civil service posts, based on a clear vision and sound concepts, principles and criteria.



To prepare a comprehensive standard system for description and classification of civil service posts, in the light of the developed policy, to form, afterwards, a basis and guide for the Administrative Units in setting up their own systems that are compatible with their circumstances.



To set up an integrated concept of the mechanisms of approving, executing and following up promotion and use of the system.
