Project Details
A two week training program addressed to top management and senior officers (consultants and trainers) in the National Center for Consulting and Management Development in Iraq, who are responsible for rehabilitation, development and modernization of Public Organizations, was designed and developed based on specific needs development assessment. Key experts, consultants and trainers from TEAM International delivered the training topics in a very participative manner, based on presentations, discussions, case studies and covered the following main subjects:

Several field visits to ministries, public organizations, and international financial and investment organizations were executed. The training program was followed by an Organizational Development plan prepared by the participants related to “Development Strategic Plan for Iraq in the forthcoming 3-5 years plan”.
