Narrative Description of Project: 
The project involves an artisanal district consisting of 1200 shops, designed with complete infrastructure and utilities, including urban infrastructure, covering: water supply network, waste water network, electricity distribution network, solid waste requirements.

Detailed Description of Actual Services Provided: 
The scope of work covers:

  • 1. Topographic survey.
  • 2. Soil investigation.
  • 3. Site master plan covering shops of various sizes and related administration and service buildings, taking into consideration environmental aspects.
  • 4. Architectural and Structural Design.
  • 5. Design of water distribution and waste water networks, solid waste facilities, firefighting system and electrical distribution.
  • 6. Preparation of tender documents, bills of quantities, cost estimation.
