Narrative Description of Project:

The objective of the study is to define a traffic and circulation plan for the city of Saida, the administrative center for the South Mohafaza. The aim is to propose measures and projects to improve the circulation and the accessibility in the city. 

Description of Actual Services Provided by Our Staff:

The scope of services include diagnosing the current conditions, performing the traffic and travel surveys, building a traffic model, forecasting demand for the year 2020 horizon, with an intermediate horizon of 2015. Based on that propose a Traffic Master Plan after subjecting the viable options to testing according to criteria of accessibility, mobility, level-of-service, internal and external circulation, and environmental sustainability.
