Narrative Description of Project:
Hizyaz Facility:
1. Covered and uncovered yards to load and unload agricultural products coming to Sana’a from Southern and Eastern Provinces.
2. Cold stores to keep agricultural products until ready to distribute by small trucks (delivery vans), and to keep heavy trucks out of the capital city.
3. Warehouses for storing dry agricultural products.
4. Areas to build service facilities (ex: Police Station, Civil Defense, dispensary, multi-purpose services, restaurants…etc.).
5. An area for use as a transport terminal serving Southern and Eastern Provinces.
6. An area for shared taxi.
7. Service and maintenance facilities for vehicles.
8. Car parks.
9. Petrol Stations.
Western Facility on Sana’a Al-Hodeidah Road:
1. Covered and uncovered yards to load and unload break bulk and package goods coming from Hodeidah Port.
2. Warehouses.
3. Areas to build service facilities (ex: Police Station, Civil Defense, dispensary, multi-purpose services, restaurants…etc.).
4. Parking for trucks and vehicles.
5. Service and maintenance facilities for vehicles
6. Petrol Station.
