Description of Actual Services Provided:

This study proposes the urban routes and freeways needed to serve the City of Casablanca from the South and East at the horizon of 2010.

A multi-criteria decision model utilizing transportation demand, investment costs, environmental and urbanization constraints was used to determine the location and capacity of new relief roads and to develop the preliminary designs for the highways and associated structures.
