Narrative Description of Project:
The works included installing signing, marking and safety equipment on parts of motorway network in North and South Lebanon, with a total value of USD 2.2 m.
Description of Actual Services Provided:
The objective of this contract is to supervise the contractors executing the installation of traffic control signs and safety equipment on part of the North Motorway, Bahsas – Mina Section and Part of the South Motorway (Jiyeh – Zahrani, except within Saida).
The responsibilities include:
– Coordination among all contractors
– Schedule control
– Checking shop drawings
– Checking location of sign installation
– Overall project control
– Approval of materials submittals
– Propose solutions for technical difficulties that might arise
– Assist the CEGP in the reception of works.
