Review of the organization structures of the various Civil Defense Administrations and Fire Stations in the Kingdom.
Review of the functional charts and setting the maximum and minimum number of officers and employees in each building.
Determination of the required surface area for each category based on the numbers in the category and the required equipment for the operation.
Discussion with present employees to reach an optimal design fulfilling the basic requirement of the users as to the functionality, comfort and ease of maintenance.
Development of alternative preliminary designs for the various categories of buildings.
Discussion of the alternatives and choice of the best suited ones.
Development of the chosen alternative into preliminary designs.
Development of detailed architectural designs.
Development of detailed Structural designs.
